STARGULF Company is a Riyadh-based contractor delivering construction, interior fit-out, electrical, IT & ELV, maintenance, technical services and trading across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
STARGULF Company was established in 2026 under a new name and registration, bringing together and expanding more than six years of experience in the Saudi market. Before its establishment, our projects were executed through two locally registered establishments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

Safety and quality are built into how we plan and execute every project, not added at the end. Our site teams work to the client's HSE plan, the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable Saudi regulations, with clear responsibilities from management to every worker on site.
Every member of the STARGULF team has the authority to stop work that is unsafe. We review our performance at the end of every project and use the lessons learned to improve how we plan, build and hand over.
